Refund policy

30-day free returns

You can return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee is charged.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Your options

When you return an item, you can choose:

• Full refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for a different product from our current collection (any price difference is adjusted accordingly)
• Store credit for the full value of your return

How to request a return

1. Email us at support@havanagrove.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely and drop the parcel off with the carrier.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free orders

If your order included a free bag from our Buy 1, Get 1 Free offer, please return both bags together to receive a full refund of the amount you paid. If you return only the paid bag and keep the free one, the free bag will be charged at its regular price and that amount deducted from your refund. Returning only the free bag does not generate a refund.

Refund processing

We will confirm receipt of your return within 2 business days of it arriving. Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.

Standard shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund. If you paid for Express Shipping, the £4.95 Express charge is non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

You can cancel or change your order free of charge by contacting us at support@havanagrove.com before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you can still return it under this policy after it arrives.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Customers in the UK and EU have the legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day free returns policy goes beyond this minimum.
